Ex-Vogue Paris editor Carine Roitfeld has picked a slightly self-indulgent name for her new biannual fashion magazine, calling it the ‘CR Fashion Book’, or ‘CR’ for short.
Since handing over the reigns at Vogue to Emanuelle Alt, Carine Roitfeld has stayed in the publishing world, with a quick ad campaign styling detour via Chanel and a self-titled autobiography. Each issue of CR will be themed, with the first effort launching in September, focusing on ‘obession’ across 288 pages, 100 of which are said to be advertising.
