Lanvin, the Parisian fashion house known for its quirky ad campaigns (remember the video of Karen Elson, Raquel Zimmerman and Alber Elbaz dancing to Pitbull?), have released their campaign images for autumn/winter 2012, which features “real people”.

Amongst the ad’s stars are octogenarian dancer Jacquie Murdock, a lilac-fringed woman posing on a chaise lounge and a dapper gentleman dressed in a tuxedo and high tops. “It felt like a crazy family, and I like that”, exclaimed Creative Director Alber Elbaz, who is this year celebrating 10 years at the iconic French label. We couldn’t agree more!

The diverse campaign was shot by Stephen Miesel in New York, and is set to debut in the September issues of fashion magazines worldwide.
