Luxury lingerie brand Agent Provocateur have just unleashed their autumn/winter 2011 campaign, which features Boardwalk Empire star Paz De La Huetra playing the stereotypical meta-celebrity. Stepping out of a car and being hounded by the paparazzi, Paz gives a flash of her expensive lingerie to the cameras, hence the tag line ‘Always remember your Agent Provocateurs’.

According to the brand, the sexy campaign “challenges our preconceptions of celebrity culture in a modern world”, giving an ironic and humorous nod to the concept of celebrity glamour and sex. Paz takes on the role of the it-girl who knows how to provoke and tease those around her with a quick flash of her stockings and silk underwear.

As well as the revealing images the campaign is accompanied by a short film, which is the third in a series of collaborations between Agent Provocateur and RSA Films, directed by Johan Renck.

Sarah Shotton, Creative Director of Agent Provocateur, said: “Johan Renck understands how important a sense of humour is within the Agent Provocateur aesthetic. It is dry and smart and wholly British. He has a method of looking at the world around us, the culture, the talking points, and translates the Zeitgeist into something visual, poignant and yet still erotic. He is never afraid to make us think while he is turning us on.”

All the looks featured in the new campaign are from the autumn/winter 2011 collection, available to buy now at agentprovocateur.com. Check out the images and video below.
