Alexander McQueen and artist Damien Hirst have joined forces to create 30 limited-edition scarves. The collaboration is a celebration of the 10th anniversary of Alexander McQueen’s famous skull-print scarf, an accessory that has nestled around the necks of numerous celebrities and style-setters over the last decade.
The motifs will draw on Hirst’s ‘Entomology’ series, famous for the use of a variety of insects and exploration of symmetry. These designs are then to be incorporated into the Alexander McQueen famous skull pattern.
The scarves will go on sale in November in a variety of fabrics.
