One does have to question their sanity when they think they’re in love with some luggage. However, after road-testing this three-piece set from London brand Knomo, it may just be the case. (No pun intended)…
I’ve long been a fan of Knomo’s handbags – they all fit a laptop or iPad inside and have a compartment for just about anything you would possibly need to carry around with you: perfect for keeping the super-organised sane, and helping the more careless of us to look after our belongings.
What I hadn’t tried out before, though, was their actual luggage The kind that has to deal with being sat on, manhandled and transported between countries by unforgiving airport baggage staff. On a recent trip to Berlin, I took with me three pieces of luggage suggested by Knomo themselves.
First, was the Marseille:
Thanks to a zip-out expansion possibility and plenty of compartments, this large trolley was large enough to hold all of my winter essentials: four pairs of shoes, two coats (three on the return flight) and a meaty chunk of my London-based wardrobe, whilst still looking incredibly chic.
The Verona wheeled trolley and cross-body Silvi styles made the perfect carry-on companions, keeping my passport, travel documents, netbook and Euros safe and easily accessible. The silvi also slots inside the Verona, should you have more strict baggage guidelines to follow.
Super functional and super stylish – Knomo had better get used to coming travelling with me…
