Karl Lagerfeld has been inspired his fluffy cat Choupette (even naming a Chanel bag after her) and now Grace Coddington is showing her love for her cat Pumpkin by designing an accessory collection inspired by her feline friend for Balenciaga.

The creative director of US Vogue designed the collection of bags and scarves with Nicolas Ghesquiere for the iconic fashion house, using her own sketches of Pumpkin modelling various Balenciaga designs, past and present. The first released image of the collection reveals the ‘Pumpkin Papier tote bag’, which costs £633, coming in ecru or pumpkin-orange canvas with a black calf leather trim. Other pieces include two printed scarves, which come in silk (£250) and wool (£313).
