Quince: Cult US Shopping Brand Lands in UK

The US favourite brings £50 cashmere, suede jackets and washable silk to British shoppers.

Quince has arrived in the UK, and its £50 cashmere jumper makes a persuasive introduction. The US shopping brand launched here on 19 October 2026, choosing Britain as its first market outside North America.

Founded in 2019, Quince has built its following around everyday pieces in materials that usually come with bigger price tags. Think cashmere crewnecks, suede jackets, leather bags and silk shirts, alongside linen bedding and cotton homeware.

The approach is simple: familiar shapes, useful colours and an emphasis on fabric. For an autumn wardrobe, there’s plenty to work with.

Quince UK: £50 cashmere leads the launch

The headline piece is the women’s Mongolian Cashmere Crewneck, priced at £50. Meanwhile, the men’s version costs £60, and a cashmere T-shirt comes in at £45.

According to Quince, its signature knitwear uses 100% Grade A Mongolian cashmere. The collection covers simple crewnecks, cardigans and heavier knits, with accessories and soft furnishings extending the range.

These are straightforward wardrobe additions. Wear the crewneck with wide-leg trousers for work, then switch to straight-leg denim at the weekend. Alternatively, try the cashmere T-shirt beneath a blazer when a chunky jumper feels too much.

Suede layers and leather accessories

Beyond knitwear, the Quince UK launch includes a £198 men’s suede bomber and a £150 suede overshirt. Both bring texture to an autumn outfit without demanding much styling. A plain T-shirt, dark jeans and loafers will do the job.

Leather and suede also feature throughout the accessories collection. The Penelope Small Shoulder Bag costs £120, while the Hudson Suede Shopper Tote comes in at £150. For a smaller wardrobe update, there’s the £60 Alyssa European Leather Studded Belt.

The chocolate-brown Hudson tote is a particularly tempting autumn option. Pair it with a wool coat and denim, or use it to soften a sharper office outfit.

Washable silk, without the fuss

Quince’s silk offering includes shirts, camisoles and sleep accessories. The brand describes the range as machine washable, although shoppers should follow each item’s care instructions.

For everyday dressing, a silk shirt makes an easy partner for tailored trousers or jeans. Meanwhile, the £12 Mulberry Silk Beauty Sleep Mask offers a smaller introduction to the collection. It’s also one to keep in mind for Christmas gifting.

There’s a homeware collection, too

The same focus on materials carries through to the home range. European linen bedding sits alongside organic cotton percale and Egyptian cotton sateen.

At launch, the European Linen Stripe Duvet Cover Set starts at £80. Quince says it pre-washes its linen for softness and to help minimise shrinkage. The pencil-stripe option keeps things simple, whether your bedroom leans minimal or more eclectic.

There’s more on the way, too. According to the brand, jewellery and luggage will join the UK collection before the end of 2026.

How does Quince keep its prices down?

Quince says it works directly with specialist manufacturers, reducing the intermediaries and mark-ups involved in traditional retail. It also adjusts production around customer demand and publishes illustrative cost breakdowns on product pages.

The company puts its prices at around 50–70% below comparable market prices. That figure reflects Quince’s own comparisons. As always, check individual fabric compositions, measurements and care requirements when deciding what offers value for you.

For British shoppers, the proposition is clear enough. Quince brings cashmere, silk and suede into a price bracket that makes everyday wear feel more realistic.

Where to shop Quince in the UK

The collection is available online at Quince UK. At launch, the brand offers free UK delivery and free returns within 365 days, subject to its returns policy.

The £50 crewneck is the obvious starting point. After that, the suede bags and simple silk pieces deserve a closer look. For more wardrobe inspiration, explore our latest fashion features and shopping guides.
