As Emily in Paris returns for its fifth season, St. Dalfour is celebrating in the most Parisian way possible — with couture you can actually eat. The beloved French fruit-spread brand has teamed up with GBBO judge and master pâtissier Benoit Blin to create a limited-edition collection inspired by Emily’s most iconic looks.
Where Fashion Meets French Baking
The collection blends fashion and flavour in a way only Paris could. Blin partnered closely with the show’s creative team to reimagine Emily’s standout wardrobe moments through classic French techniques and St. Dalfour’s naturally vibrant fruit spreads. As a result, each pâtisserie becomes a miniature fashion show — elegant, bold and instantly recognisable.
“Each pâtisserie had to look like couture and taste like art,” Blin explains. “Chic, confident and almost too tempting to resist.”

The Beret
Inspired by Emily’s signature accessory, this creation riffs on the Religieuse choux bun. It layers a cinnamon sable base, cream cheese mousse and raspberry jelly made with St. Dalfour Raspberry Fruit Spread. A blueberry glaze adds drama, while a tiny chocolate beret finishes the look.
The Red Dress
This Fraisier pays tribute to Emily’s unforgettable red finale dress. Bright lemon notes blend with St. Dalfour’s Strawberry Fruit Spread, all wrapped in vanilla whipped ganache and delicate strawberry-chocolate frills.
The Yellow Handbag
Channelling Emily’s viral yellow Zara mini bag, this pâtisserie features coconut dacquoise, pineapple compote made with St. Dalfour Pineapple & Mango Spread, and a passionfruit cremeux. It’s then coated in mango-lime bavaroise mousse and dipped in a yuzu-white-chocolate shell.
The Lunettes de Soleil
A nod to Emily’s sunglasses obsession. This sable pastry is filled with St. Dalfour Orange Fruit Spread, dusted with icing sugar and shaped like a classic Lunettes de Roman.
A Parisian Screening Experience
To launch the collaboration, St. Dalfour will host an exclusive screening on Thursday 18 December at the Institut Français in South Kensington. Guests will preview the first episode of the new season while French waiters circulate Blin’s couture desserts. Moreover, free tickets are available via Eventbrite — although they’re limited.
