For Autumn Winter 2023, Sergio Tacchini deliver the second instalment of its elevated footwear collection, Livello Rosso.
Building upon the sports-inspired foundations first explored by the luxury brand in SS23, the label add 2 new modern technical silhouettes to the capsule, in the form of the COURT CLASSIC MP, and the Y2K RUNNER.
The evolving concept of the contemporary court is represented furthermore in the collections accompanying ad campaign, juxtaposing court aesthetics against “rugged abstract urban environments”.
Leading the expansion is the COURT CLASSIC MP – a new spin on an iconic 80s Tacchini silhouette, featuring a premium full-grain leather upper atop a grippy rubber cupsole, providing style and comfort both on and off the court.
Crafted in a low-profile design, the classic sneaker comes complete with logo branding at the tongue, side panels, and sole.
The Y2K RUNNER also harks back to the brands sports lineage outside of the tennis arena.
With its graphic Sergio Tacchini design aesthetic, the upper has several technical features including breathable air mesh, lightweight PU, and TPU moulded pattern details.
Rich in textures, details and performance codes, the sneaker comes in three contrasting colour-ways.
Accompanying the Y2KRUNNER is the Y2KTRAILRUNNER, a more technical interpretation using a handcrafted California Reverse Construction, and durable Rip stop Nylon upper with Seamless TPU Pattern Supports.
Combine these features with a more muted pallet of deep mahoganies and botanical greens alongside a Waterproof Membrane and the result is a hard-wearing practical runner for all seasons.
