Sienna Miller poses nude whilst pregnant for Jonathan Yeo exhibition

Sienna Miller is to be the star subject of Jonathan Yeo’s exhibition (I’ve Got You) Under My Skin at the Circle Culture Gallery in Berlin.

The Actress has posed naked for the artist whilst heavily pregnant with child Marlowe. The striking portrait stands out amongst the rest of the exhibition which explores Yeo’s  interest in surgical enhancement.

He commented: “I wanted an image that epitomised the human body in its most naturally beautiful state to make the sharpest possible contrast with my other paintings in this exhibition, which document patients undergoing cosmetic surgery in a bid to help them conform to societal notions of beauty”

Yeo explained that so many women in the public eye would happily hide themselves away during pregnancy, such is the pressure on them to look their best at all times. He said: “certain sections of society are still uncomfortable with the appearance of pregnancy and images of naked and expectant mothers are rarely seen.”

Miller follows in the footsteps of Nicole Kidman, Dennis Hopper, Lucian Freud and Minnie Driver who have all been painted by Yeo.
