Hoorah! We are so excited to hear that American cult favourite brand J.Crew has (finally!) announced the opening of its London-based store – the first bricks and mortar offering outside of the US. It will be at 165 Regent Street, an address that the CEO Mickey Drexler described as on “arguably one of the most important streets in one of the most important locations in the world”. He continued by describing London as “an incredibly important fashion city” and as a city where “people understand and respect the integrity of great style and design”. We couldn’t agree more. The only downside? Its not set to open until late 2013. Still, we can’t wait to get our hands on the brand’s pitch-perfect basics and cool seasonal collections in our very own capital.
