THE DANIELLE PEAZER METHOD: #TRAINLIKEADANCER
In 2017, having noticed a gap in the market for those who don’t want to train at the gym, attend group yoga classes or sweat it out in a spin class, Danielle created The Danielle Peazer Method – a special programme that promises to help tone the body in the same way a professional dancer does, through a number of specially curated, super effective exercises.

Favourite Neighbourhood:
Having grown up in London I’m a city girl through and through. As a child I loved Covent Garden, as it always seemed so magical; from taking trips to the Royal Opera House to watch the ballet and the Piazza at Christmas. As I’ve gotten older though, I would say my heart belongs in Soho. I lived there for a while and feel so at home when I’m in that area of the city.
Favourite place for brunch:
Dean Street Townhouse is great. It’s such a cosy place to sit in for hours – and the eggs Benedict is so delicious!
Best coffee in London:
Shot Espresso, it’s in Fulham and I used to get one anytime I worked in the area. I drink decaf which I know some people find criminal, but I still love the taste of coffee and shot has been my favourite.
Favourite gallery or museum:
Tell us a secret:
I’m great at keeping secrets…
Favourite place to shop:
For the last year it has been online as I haven’t had any other option, but I’m definitely a high street girl normally. I’ve never been massively into vintage shopping as I don’t have the patience to look through everything, but I will wander down Oxford Street and browse all day… as long as the weather is being kind!
Favourite place to find inspiration:
I love people watching and find it fascinating to just observe others… in a non creepy way! (Laughs) I get inspiration from seeing how diverse we can be as a society, and it seems to ignite ideas within me and I often come up with thoughts or things that I want to achieve whilst doing so.
Best London destination for a date:
I recently got taken to a virtual reality place in Haggerston (OTHERWORLD) and it was so much fun. Other than that then I love places like Chotto Matte – great food and cocktails is a winner every time!
Favourite park:
St James Park. I visited everyday when I was dancing in the 2012 Olympics so it’s nostalgic to me and I feel like I know every corner of it. I also danced at the Queens Jubilee which was performed right outside Buckingham Palace and looking on the The Mall to over 100,000 people is something I won’t ever forget.
Favourite food market:
Broadway Market in London Fields has a great food market, it’s not as busy as others but the food is so good! I had a delicious chicken biriyani that I’ve never been able to recreate the same at home.
Your sanctuary in the city:
It would have to be Soho House, Greek Street. No matter whatever the time of the day, whether I’m alone or with friends, it is somewhere I can go and feel safe and know my mood will be lifted. London can be quite manic so it’s my place of still and comfort. I’d much rather being indoors than outside in London, but that’s probably due to the weather not being that great for most of the year.
What inspires you?
It sounds really cliche but my family inspire me. We all grew up in London, even my parents were born and raised here, yet we have all lived such different lives in terms of experiences and careers which I find really interesting and inspiring as it helps me to realise I can do whatever I want to do in life, rather than ‘follow the grain’ that a lot of people assume about people living in London.
This season I’m loving:
Honestly, I’m loving that it is so acceptable to wear loungewear everyday! Don’t get me wrong, I love dressing up but with the state of the world over the last 12 months, the fact that everyone has given into the fact that comfort really does come above everything else suits me so well!
