Balenciaga muse Justin Bieber has partnered with the Spanish fashion house for a second time, fronting its latest ad campaign, accompanying fellow brand ambassadors Kim Kardashian and French actress Isabelle Huppert.
Having first made his Balenciaga debut back in July 2021, starring in a campaign around the house’s new Runner sneaker, Bieber shifts his focus to the brands soon-to-be launched Defender trainer for his latest stint in front of the camera, modelling a pair of the shoes in “dirtied white” along with a political logo small fit tee, destroyed oversized skater jeans, skater belt, and a pair of Bat sunglasses.

Modelled after a tire, the Defender sneaker sports a rounded aesthetic with incredibly bold sole unit that encompasses most of its design and incorporating itself into the shoes upper. Rubber and mesh combine for the upper with an added dirtied look, forming a vintage and pre-owned aesthetic.
The Balenciaga Defender sneaker is expected to be released online and in-store, March 1st.
