Founded in 1984 as a dedicated teaching centre for Iyengar yoga students in London, B.K.S Iyengar himself has visited and taught classes as the studio several times. East London studio, Yoga On The Lane, focuses on Vinyasa Flow yoga, with classes for all levels including pregnant women and mothers with babies. The studio has underfloor heating for maximum comfort in the winter months.

6. Globe House Yoga
Ultra-hip Globe House Yoga offers Ashtanga and Hatha yoga classes from a studio converted from an industrial warehouse in central London. Classes are taught by independent teachers and in-depth workshops run during weekends.
The studio offers mats, blocks and other props and there is a changing room but no shower facilities.
