Barry Keoghan has been tapped as an ambassador for Burberry.
Having made several appearances at previous Burberry fashion shows – including the luxury brands most recent presentation during London Fashion Week – the Irish actors appointment was announced via the release of a black and white photograph of the Saltburn star wearing a black trench coat, one of Burberry’s signature items.
“I’ve been a fan of Burberry for many years now. It’s such an iconic heritage brand with innovation at its heart, and a commitment to supporting arts and culture. I’m very excited to be a part of this next chapter,” Keoghan said in a statement.
With Burberry’s Chief Creative Officer Daniel Lee adding: “I’ve known Barry for over 5 years now and have watched him grow into one of his generation’s most talented actors.”
“His raw, unique talent in incredibly inspiring and perfectly reflects the spirit of our brand.”
Keoghan joins the likes of Tottenham Hotspur star Son Heung-min and rapper Central Cee on the heritage brand’s roster.
