The new Ted Baker London store has opened on Fenchurch Street, marking the British fashion brand’s return to standalone retail in the UK.
Opening on 2 October 2026 at 155 Fenchurch Street, Ted Baker Tailored focuses on menswear, tailoring and occasionwear. The launch also marks the next stage of Ted Baker’s return to physical retail in the UK.
Ted Baker Tailored Opens in London
Ted Baker Tailored takes the brand back to its menswear roots, with a collection centred on modern British tailoring.
The range includes suits, occasionwear and everyday menswear. It combines traditional tailoring with contemporary cuts, fabrics and details.
Meanwhile, the Fenchurch Street location puts the store in the heart of London’s financial district, where tailoring and smarter workwear remain an important part of the menswear market.

A Return to Ted Baker’s Menswear Roots
Ted Baker started as a menswear brand in 1988 before expanding into womenswear, accessories, footwear and other categories.
As a result, the new store puts menswear back at the centre of the brand’s UK retail presence.
Ted Baker Tailored has been developed with Suit Direct, which has designed and produced Ted Baker suiting for several years.
“Having designed and produced Ted Baker suiting for many years, Suit Direct has a deep understanding of the brand and its distinctive approach to British tailoring,” said Tim Murphy, CEO of Suit Direct.

Ted Baker’s Return to UK Retail
The opening follows a difficult period for Ted Baker’s UK retail business.
No Ordinary Designer Label, which operated Ted Baker’s UK stores, entered administration in 2024. Its remaining UK shops subsequently closed, leaving the brand without its previous standalone retail network.
However, brand owner Authentic has continued to develop Ted Baker through licensing and partnerships.
The Fenchurch Street opening now gives Ted Baker a standalone London store once again. According to the company, it also forms part of plans to strengthen the brand’s physical presence in its home market.
