Timberland today announced the launch of its new Greenstride™ Motion 6 Hiker, now with TimberDry™ waterproof protection. The hikers are designed for outdoor adventures in any weather, from city to trail and back again.
The Greenstride™ Motion 6 Hiker features a lightweight, comfortable design with Greenstride™ comfort soles made from at least 65% USDA Bio-based Certified materials (sugar cane and natural rubber). The soles provide improved rebound and traction, making them ideal for hiking on a variety of terrain.
The hikers also feature a triangular lug outsole with 55% Regenerative Rubber sourced from forests committed to regenerative agriculture. The outsole is further reinforced with ReBOTL™ mesh panels and linings made from at least 50% recycled plastic.
To round out the collection, Timberland is also launching a new line of outdoor apparel, including the Waterproof Cordura® Outdoor Parka and Benton Waterproof 3-in-1 Jacket. The parka and jacket are both designed for adventure and unpredictable weather. They feature full DryVent™ waterproof protection and lightweight materials, including a 100% recycled nylon shell (in the parka) and 100% ReBOTL™ fleece inner and shell fabric (in the jacket).
The Timberland Fall 2023 Motion 6 Hikers and outdoor apparel collection will launch this August at timberland.com, Timberland® stores and select retailers worldwide.
