If there’s one pairing that never goes out of style, it’s a classic Martini and caviar.
To celebrate World Martini Day on 21 June, Eve Bar is serving a limited-edition Martini and caviar pairing from 20 to 30 June, bringing together one of the cocktail world’s most iconic drinks with Chef Adam Handling’s new Ahrelia Caviar.
Located beneath the Michelin-starred Frog by Adam Handling, the award-winning cocktail bar has recently relaunched under its new “Three C’s” concept: Caviar, Champagne and Cocktails.
For the promotion, guests can order a Classic Dry Martini (£25) made with Aureus Vita Fibonacci Dry Gin, English dry vermouth and a lemon coin garnish. The experience can be upgraded with a serving of Ahrelia Caviar for an additional £10.
The collaboration arrives as the Martini continues to enjoy a resurgence across London’s cocktail scene. Increasingly, drinkers are embracing simple, well-executed serves that focus on quality ingredients and precision rather than elaborate presentation.
Aureus Vita’s gin is particularly notable. Created by chemist-turned-distiller John Hall, the spirit is produced just once a year using the brand’s proprietary Fibonacci-Hall distillation method, which takes inspiration from the mathematical Golden Ratio. The gin recently received an IWSC score of 98/100 and an Outstanding award.
According to the brand, the gin’s high botanical oil content delivers layers of juniper, citrus, floral notes and spice, making it particularly well suited to a Martini where every ingredient is on full display.
Kelvin McCabe, Beverage Director at the Adam Handling Collection, said the pairing was designed to highlight the natural relationship between Martini and caviar.
“The classic dry Martini is the purest expression of balance in cocktail form, making it a natural companion to caviar. The Kaluga caviar we’re serving has a distinctive nutty quality that works beautifully alongside the citrus and herbal notes of the gin.”
The Martini and Ahrelia Caviar pairing will be available at Eve Bar from 20 to 30 June 2026.
