Some of London’s most fashionable ladies have donated their handbags to an exclusive auction in the name of charity. Lead by Erin O’Connor, the ‘Bag to Save a Life Appeal’ set up by Save The Children features designer bags from celebrities such as Florence Welch, Georgia May Jagger and Annie Lennox.

The auction runs from 24th November-4th December on the Save The Children website, with many of the designer bags starting at just a quarter of the original retail price.

Save the Children ambassador Samantha Cameron, who has donated a Jimmy Choo bag, said: “I am delighted to donate one of my handbags to Save the Children’s Bag to Save a Life auction. It a great cause and the proceeds will help provide more health workers around the world who in turn will stop the needless deaths of children. Please get involved and do your bit to help save a child’s life.”

So if you want to get your hands on Sienna Miller’s Miu Miu, Tilda Swinton’s Chanel or Gemma Arterton’s Prada, be sure to bid!
