British-American fashion designer, Harris Reed is to launch a gender-fluid jewellery collection with London jewellery brand Missoma.
Set to debut this coming September, the new collection of rings, pendants, bracelets and earrings aims to showcase Reed’s signature romantic-meets-gothic aesthetic, combined with Missoma’s classic appeal to celebrate ‘fluid opulence’ along with the ideal of duality and the ‘male and the female becoming one’.
Sharing the news on Instagram, Harris writes: “After over a year of keeping this secret… I am honoured to announce the Harris Reed brand will be launching jewellery globally this September in partnership with the fantastic @missomalondon family! This has been one of the biggest dreams of mine to create jewellery that speaks to my brand, ethos and beliefs, something that is for everyone and truly have the level of fluid opulence imagination and fluid freedom. I hope you guys are blown away when you see it!”.
Since graduating from Central St Martins in London, Harris Reed has gone on to become a pioneer of gender-fluid design and beauty – creating looks for Harry Styles, Florence Welch, Miley Cyrus and Solange Knowles, as well as launching Mac Cosmetics’ first gender-fluid make-up line.
