In celebration of its 25th anniversary, Singaporean fashion house CHARLES & KEITH is to launch a limited-edition capsule collection, that will pay homage to the brand’s past, while reflecting the present and offering a glimpse into its future.
From minimalist flat sandals to feminine heels and classic chunky boots, the Anniversary Series will feature both modern and versatile styles which can be integrated seamlessly into any wardrobe. In keeping with the company’s commitment to step into a better future, all items in the collection are made entirely of eco-friendly recycled materials.
Reflecting on the brand’s journey through the last quarter century, CHARLES & KEITH Executive Director Emmanuelle MaceDriskill says in a statement: “There are moments in life to celebrate, and this is a special one – CHARLES & KEITH turns twenty-five years old. By incorporating ’90s-inspired styles and designs, such as square toes, chunky soles and strappy uppers, shoes featured in the Anniversary Series are given a retro twist, to pay homage to the decade in which CHARLES & KEITH was born.
Standout pieces in the collection include the Sonia boxy bag and a padded wallet, the minimalist Arabella Recycled Nylon Slingback Sandals with translucent soles complete with a speckled confetti design upcycled from used rubber and the elegant Sepphe Recycled Nylon Grommet Slingback Pumps / Mules made from recycled plastic heels.
