Broadcaster and author Fearne Cotton has announced she is to partner with weDo/, the new eco-ethical, vegan and cruelty-free brand from the Wella Company, to support its efforts and ethos in “helping people transition to a happier and more sustainable lifestyle, for a more beautiful self and a more beautiful planet”.
Made up of 17 products, the weDo/ line is set to feature 4 multi-purpose hybrid products for hair and body, including the No Plastic Shampoo (made from 95% natural origin ingredients and lasts for up to 80 washes), Natural Oil (hair and body elixir), Moisturising Cream (for both hair and hands), Spread Happiness Hair Mist (scented) and a nourishing Rich & Repair Mask (for coarse or very damaged hair).
“I’m so excited to be working with weDo/.” Fearne says in a statement announcing the partnership. “It’s really important to me in my regular everyday life that I use products that are vegan, ethical and sustainable and weDo/ ticks all those boxes. I’m also a firm believer that small changes can make a big difference and weDo/ is encouraging us all to make more environmentally conscious decisions when making beauty purchases; by looking at the product ingredients, packaging and certifications.”
The brand will sponsor Cotton’s hugely successful Happy Place podcast as part of the deal.
