Creative director, publisher and Global Editor-in-Chief of 10 Magazine, 10 Men Magazine and 10+ Magazine, Sophia Neophitou-Apostolou will receive a Special Recognition Award for her contribution to the fashion industry at The Fashion Awards 2024 presented by Pandora (TFA).
Set to take place on Monday, December 2nd at the Royal Albert Hall in London, The Fashion Awards (organised by the British Fashion Council) are the primary fundraiser for the BFC Foundation, and celebrate the role of fashion at the “intersection of culture and entertainment, spotlighting creative talent and telling the stories of the year in fashion through the lens of purpose, excellence, and creativity”.
The Special Recognition Award honours outstanding contribution to the fashion industry.
Over the course of her illustrious career, Neophitou-Apostolou has established herself as one of the most influential and respected creative forces in fashion.
From her beginnings as an assistant at Vogue, through to the launch of her own publishing empire where she serves as Global Editor-in-Chief and Publisher of 10 Magazine, launched in 2000, 10 Men, launched in 2003 and 10+ launched in 2018, she has strived to “push the boundaries of creativity”.
Neophitou-Apostolou has successfully kept print alive in a turbulent landscape where digital reigns – as evident with 10 Magazine’s global expansion in the UK, Australia, USA, Japan and most recently, Germany.
“I’m truly honoured to be receiving the Special Recognition Award,” Sophia said via a press release. “I feel so fortunate to be doing what I love and am passionate about every single day and being part of a team that treasures our world as much as I do.”

Earlier this month the BFC alongside 10 Magazine held a party in the Basement at the London EDITION hotel in honour of Neophitou-Apostolou’s special recognition award.
Guests on the night included Damson Idris, Bianca Saunders, Ella Eyre, Christopher Kane, Princess Julia, David Gandy, Stefflon Don, Headie One, Susie Lau, and Sugababes singer Mutya Buena.
The night’s soundtrack came courtesy of Deej, Kim Turnbull and musical trio Hale Zero.
