When beauty mogul Kylie Jenner recently posted a series of Instagram snaps wearing a curve-hugging mini dress by emerging London-based brand LoudBrand Studios, it catapulted the label to global fame.
Jenner was vacationing in Utah, staying at the Amangiri Hotel at Canyon Point, and was photographed in the brand’s Limited Edition Raw Edge Vashtie Dress, striking a number of stylised poses against the backdrop of mountains and infinity pools.
Within 48 hours of the posts hitting Instagram, Kylie’s two photos amassed over 14 million combined likes, gaining LoudBrand Studios mass media attention on an international scale overnight. Such was demand, by the close of business on Monday 6th July the entire collection was sold out.
Following the events of the weekend, founder Jedidiah (@jed_ba) took to Twitter to address existing customers, new fans of the brand, Kylie and her stylist Jill Jacobs, writing:

LoudBrand Studios
Founded by Jedidiah Duyile and based in Hackney, Loudbrand Studios is a conceptual brand inspired by “vintage casual looks of the early 2000s with a modern day twist” and everything is designed to give the wearer total confidence.
Made from fabrics sourced in London, each LoudBrand Studios collection is produced by an all-Black team of three. “The brand ethos has always been to empower Black women, and no matter what direction the brand goes this will always remain the same,” Duyile told Miss Vogue. “Black women can be confident, strong, empowered and empowering.
