Lyle & Scott Vintage Autumn/Winter 2013 Lookbook

Few menswear brands are as recognisable and iconic as Lyle & Scott. Founded in 1874 the Scottish company originated as a knitwear label famed for it’s golfing wear, before becoming popular with young football ‘casuals’ in the 1980s.
The renaissance of the brand back in 2003 coincided with the launch of the ‘Vintage’ collection with its instantly recognisable ‘Golden Eagle’ logo. It was keenly taken up by a host of indie bands and youth TV presenters including the Arctic Monkeys and Dermot O’Leary. In 2005 following the success of the Vintage range, Lyle & Scott’s first stand-alone store opened in London’s Covent Garden on King Street.
For Autumn/Winter 2013 the brands key looks include smart parkas, tartan trim polo shirts and knitwear.
