Designer vintage specialists WilliamVintage, renowned for stocking originals from high-end labels such as Dior Couture and Ossie Clark, have opened their first store on Marylebone High Street in London.

The new store is well-presented, decorated in a minimalist style and is spread over two floors. Visits are by appointment only, offering customers a one-on-one service to help them pick their desired item from the collection. To complement the range, WilliamVintage stocks bespoke footwear by Natacha Marro, a favourite of fashion pack members Gwen Stefani, Daphne Guinness and Chloe Sevigny. Glamorous X-Factor finalist Rebecca Ferguson was also dressed in WilliamVintage on both the red-carpet and for her performances on the show.

Brand owner and businessman William Banks-Blaney said: “So many ‘exclusive’ vintage shops seem to make their clients feel nervous and unworthy and the overall process rather stressful. I felt there was another way to provide fine vintage clothing and haute couture and was determined that the WilliamVintage store would be somewhere the clothing was impeccable, the environment comfortable and the overall experience fun. Just as at a WilliamVintage day sale, it is important to me that a client leaves feeling better about herself!”

Just what we’ve always wanted!

WilliamVintage is now open at 2 Marylebone Street, London W1G 5JQ and appointments can be made via their website
