As a self-confessed “slightly obsessed sneaker-head”, Moses has managed to turn his passion for trainers into a global brand, by creating an innovative platform that connects premium resellers to a worldwide audience. Popular with royalty, celebrities and footballers, the business has gone on to become the No. 1 Global Online Consignment Store within the first year of its launch.
Such is the demand for the brand, and the service they provide, Moses and his team last month opened their very first UK boutique in Harrods. Located in the menswear hall on Harrods’ second floor, the 2,000 square foot space serves as the luxury department store’s first-ever sneaker reseller concession, and aims to provide customers with exclusive, limited edition footwear and high-end streetwear from brands including Yeezy, Jordan, Off-White and collaborations through to Supreme.

We caught up with Moses Rashid for the latest edition of our ‘My London’ interview series.
Favourite neighbourhood:
Pre Lock down I’d have said Soho, but right now I have to say Dulwich or Herne Hill. The Sunday Market is still going, and you’re furnished with acres of park land to stroll through. It’s chilled but it’s nice to see people too.
Favourite place for brunch:
There’s a tiny spot near my house called The Hood in Streatham Hill. It’s locally owed, with locally sourced produce, and the menu is delicious.
Best coffee in London:
It’s another local spot, Batch & Co. Whilst in a remote working environment, these local spots have been a life saver.
Favourite gallery or museum:
The Saatchi Gallery, or the world-famous Tate Modern – both have diverse collections, but have some great modern twists too.
Tell us a secret:
I have to eat cookies or biscuits in 3s. I cant have just 1 or 2 or 4, it has to be 3 or 6… some say I’m slightly OCD, however I think it’s just a smart excuse for eating 3 cookies a day and getting away with it!
Favourite place to shop:
It has to be The Edit Man London! They say don’t get high off your own supply, however, I buy my own product almost every day…. the sneakers and clothing my guys source are incredible so I have to have them.
Favourite place to find inspiration:
It has to be when I’m boxing. It might sounds crazy as you have another guy trying to hurt you, but it’s considered much like a game of chess, and it’s like meditation for me. I don’t have my phone and only have to think about the person standing in front of me so, once that is out of the system, it gives me a clear mind to create, inspire and lead.
Best London destination for a date:
Soho House, for the roof top vibes. Casual but cool.
Favourite park:
It’s a toss up between Holland Park and Battersea Park… but right now, having walked a park every weekend since we’ve been in lockdown, I’m not fussy, I just want to see something different.
Favourite food market:
It has to be Borough Market. I like the hustle and bustle, plus there’s always an incredible mix of food, decent coffee, and a few decent spots for a good beer too.
Your sanctuary in the city:
It has to be the gym. I train at 5am everyday so it’s the only time I feel disconnected to everything going on around me. I run a couple of companies so it’s nice to switch off and just listen to good tunes, and get yourself set nicely for the day. Mind you, failing that, Soho House. Although, pre-covid, arguably I’d be in there a little too much…
What inspires you?
My close circle of friends. They say you should surround yourself with people who push you forward and not pull you back. I’m thankful that everyone in my circle are really pushing themselves to be the best version of themselves and I love it. We’re a little competitive too, so it just encourages you to do more and more every day.
This season I’m loving:
Fear of God Essentials and Jordan 1’s. FOG is probably the comfiest clothing you’ll have the pleasure of wearing, and Jordan 1’s…. well, they are the gift that keeps on giving. Believe it or not, I think my collection has doubled in lockdown!
