Italian fashion label Colmar have this month launched their SS21 Collection, a forward thinking ultra-modern line of urban, streetwear inspired pieces that pay homage to the brands distinctive DNA.
As with previous collections, Colmar take iconic pieces from their archive and use them a starting point to develop more technical, functional and contemporary takes on each of those original garments.
With its clean, simple lines and bold summery mix of iridescent graphics, blurred prints and distinguishing features – that give a clearly defined identity to each piece, the SS21 line places functionality and comfort at the heart of its designs.
Placing a clear focus sustainability, all items in the collection are created using long-lasting fabrics, like recycled polyamide from industrial waste which is regenerated and reprocessed, and double-layered polyester sewn with a membrane which supports a 5000 mm water column, created with a treatment with a low environmental impact.
