Cult Canadian outdoor brand, Moose Knuckles, has released its campaign for the Spring/Summer season featuring a cast of celebrity models, surfers, and skateboarders.
Shot on Hawaii’s North Shore, the Surf Rodeo campaign celebrates the shared history and culture between Canada and Hawaii. The storyline is inspired by the true story of Captain George Vancouver gifting cattle to King Kamehameha I to teach the cowboy lifestyle, which Hawaiians named “paniolo”. A group of friends played by skateboarder and surfer Evan Mock, his brother, Alika Mock, model Melrose Boyer, and Hawaiian surfer and model Malia Murphy embark on a Hawaiian adventure from beach bonfire to sunset surf session.
The collection includes a variety of parkers, rainwear, quilted jackets, fitted down jackets, and country-influenced pieces in colours inspired by the Canadian prairies. Certain pieces in the collection also include graphic treatments such as horseshoes.
A pair of custom hand-made python and kangaroo cowboy boots made by the Alberta Boot Company rounds out the collection, which is available now from mooseknucklescanada.com
